For many expats, their time in Korea is brief: semester abroad, a year spent teaching English, or a working holiday lasting a few months. After going home they excitedly tell their friends about all the fun they had, the places they went, and the things they saw. But then someone asks "Did you try this thing? Did you go here? Oh, you didn't? Well, maybe next time..."
But what if there is no next time? If you never return to Korea, will you regret the things you didn't do?
The goal of Essential Expat Experiences is to provide you with the information you need to make sure you never miss an amazing Korean experience. My content is focused on all aspects of foreign student life in Korea: food, travel, education, culture, and fun! I hope to share ideas and suggestions for places you can go and things you can do that will help make your time in Korea the best it can be, and help you make lasting memories.
