Yes , this yellow chatting application is hugely popular in Korea . Almost all mobile users in Korea use this app for messaging . Not only for messaging , Kakao talk can be used in government and official work just as Phone number . Kakao map is better alternative of google map in Korea and is number one Map app is Korea. Kakao map is really helpful finding places , hotels , restaurants , stations and nearby places . You can use this app for time and departure of metro or bus , time duration of travel ,cost of travelling . However the problem with kakao map is it does not show map beside the Korea. And informations you get are in Korean languages when you searched for any places .

You dont want to use kakao map, ok then there is Naver map. It works similar to Kakao map .Both Naver and Kakao , provide you with bus stop or subway station information, fares , and the distances to walk.
However, this is where Naver and Kakao differ the most and makes Naver the better option — bus and train information is all in Korean on KakaoMap, and in English on Naver.

Coupang , also known as Amazon of Korea is the largest e-commerce company of Korea , working as Alibaba of China. You order everything in the order and have to pay through bank or other mobile apps. The problem with coupang is every information are in Korean language however you can search the things you want in English .

Naver is google of Korea. It provides you almost all services google provides you. Many Korean uses naver for searching any thing , language translation or for research uses.Along with kakao ,Naver accounts are used in official works as well.
